Tips & Tricks for Handling Your Purchases With Care
When Christmas time is just around the corner, it's time to consider your decorations. Looking into the matter becomes simple, for King of Christmas is there to help guide you through the process. After making a purchase and receiving your items promptly, there are some tips and tricks regarding handling your Christmas decor carefully. From newbies to experienced interior designers, this will thoroughly explain how to keep your pre-lit KOC product shining bright.
Proper care and handling ensure your tree stays beautiful and safe, especially in households with pets or little ones eager to explore its magic. As you know, the Christmas tree is the primary item to decorate your home with during the season. Being well-informed about placement is key and will save you from any inconveniences. The pre-lit tree is well equipped with low-voltage micro LED lights and is easy to navigate. With the item already strung with the lights, one can easily use it immediately, with its beauty glowing.
Own a Pet? Here Are Some Safety Tips
As many know, a pet is commonly found in many households and is considered part of the family. Ultimately, the safety of your cat or dog (or any other pet) is a high priority in all circumstances. Curious pets can’t resist investigating your Christmas tree. Anchor your artificial tree securely to prevent tipping or wobbling from climbing cats or playful pups. Keep shiny ornaments out of reach, and consider pet-safe decorations like soft ribbons rather than breakable glass baubles.
When one purchases a Flocked tree, it may be surprising to see some flock shed on the floor. Do not fear! That is entirely normal, and with that being said, the flocking is wholly non-toxic and should not pose a health risk to your pets or children. Its considered the same material as found in a stuffed animal.
Where to Place Your Tree and Accessories in Regards to Children
A home filled with children is a blessing. Keeping your little ones safe is always a top priority. Not having to replace any items you already purchased and ensuring no one gets injured is easily avoided. Place your tree away from areas where little hands and feet frequently roam. Opt for unbreakable ornaments or hang fragile ones high on the tree. Ensure that any cords for lights are tucked safely away to avoid tripping hazards.

Decorating With Love, Care and Experience
There are always so many different colors and textures, which can make decorating your tree somewhat of an overwhelming experience. Do not fear! This is easily solved by using our simple decorating techniques.
Using Protective Gloves for Assembly and Comfort
To begin, one must first set up the tree, which is best done by wearing protective gloves The branches and frame of the tree can sometimes have sharp edges or points that might scratch your hands during assembly. Gloves protect your skin and provide a better grip, making it easier to shape and fluff the branches to perfection.

How and Where to Store Your Tree With Care
Did the Holiday Season pass with a gusto and now it's time to put away the decor? Fret not, this will simplify the experience with a step-by-step and a how-to guide. We hope the Holidays were filled with joy and love and cherished with the proper decor. The feelings and memories created should permeate the year, until the next season.
Step 1: Removing the Ornaments
The ornament sets come in a box that enables them to be snugly put away without any risk of them breaking. Gently take them down, one at a time, and keep the sets and color combinations together.
Step 2: Dust Off Your Tree (for a non-flocked/green tree)
Some trees known as the flocked trees are covered with the white flocking, these items do not need to be dusted. As it will just remove the flocking and make patches. For all those who have purchased a green tree, you can use a microfiber cloth or a soft duster to do remove any access dirt that may have settled on the tree.
Step 3: Break It Down – Branch by Branch
The first step is taking the top part down and subsequently the next part on the tree. Going from smallest to largest. Using the protective gloves while doing this, will ensure that your hands and arms are protected from the branches.
Step 4: Pack it Properly
Our trees come with a storage bag. Once disassembled, you can place the tree parts into the bag and zip it up tight. We recommend putting the larger pieces of the tree in first and then the next size down.
Step 5: Choose the Right Spot
For all our trees and decor, we highly recommend putting them in a cool and dry place. That will ensure that the quality remains.
We hope that your Holiday Season just got a lot brighter and that everyone can experience the light created by you and your loved ones. We at King of Christmas wish you a happy decorating and a safe holiday.
