Returns and Exchanges

King of Christmas is happy to offer returns/exchanges on eligible products (exclusions may apply*) within 30 days (and prior to Dec. 20th) of the order being delivered.
Returns/exchanges can't be made after December 20th of that year (even if the order was delivered less than 30 days prior)

Although King of Christmas offers free shipping for outbound products (exclusions may apply), there is a shipping and handling fee for returns.

Please note that larger trees/multiple box items will have higher shipping and handling fees.

Unauthorized Returns:

King of Christmas may reject and/or assess new fees for any non-approved / non-qualified returns or exchanges.
Any unauthorized returns (e.g. outside authorized time frame, used, damaged or contain non-recognizable items/materials) may result in a partial or zero refund.

Shipping and handling fees are deducted from the customers’ refund.

All refunds are applied to the original payment method used at checkout. Once the return is received back at our facilities, the funds should appear in your account within 7-14 business days (however it may take up to 30 business days, depending on your bank).

Important Exchange Information:
To process your exchange, a hold will be placed on your credit card for the full value of the exchanged item. If the original item isn't submitted to the shipping provider within 14 days, the hold will be converted into a charge for the full cost of the exchanged item.

Store Credit:
Should the customer choose to receive store credit in place of a refund, the shipping and handling fee will be waived.

Returns for Defective Items:
For returns initiated due to a reported defect, the customer must complete our Troubleshooting / Warranty claim. If deemed defective, the return shipping and handling fee may be waived. Skipping this process will result in return shipping and handling fees being applied.

*Exceptions/Exclusions:

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any returns/exchanges that are not in their original KOC packaging. There are no exceptions to this policy.
  • “OPEN BOX” and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange.
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges for trees 15 ft and above.
