Here at King of Christmas, the holiday season is about more than décor, it’s about giving back. This year, we partnered with Los Angeles based nonprofit 24LA to donate over 1,100 Christmas trees to families affected by the Palisades fires, helping bring warmth, joy, and a sense of normalcy to communities rebuilding after hardship.
This Christmas tree donation was rooted in one simple belief: everyone deserves the comfort and tradition of a holiday season filled with hope.

Each tree represented more than a decoration.. it symbolized care, stability, and a reminder that these families were not forgotten during one of the most challenging times of their lives.
The Together For Love Holiday Event in Los Angeles
The heart of this initiative came to life at 24LA’s Together For Love Holiday Event, where families were welcomed into a day designed to restore joy and connection.
Alongside the Christmas tree distribution, families received:

Everything was provided completely free, creating a space where families could simply enjoy the holidays without stress, cost, or barriers.
Behind the Scenes of a 1,100-Tree Holiday Donation
Large-scale holiday giving doesn’t happen overnight.
Preparing and unloading more than 1,100 Christmas trees meant long days (and nights), improvised plans, and an incredible show of community support. A 53-foot semi truck squeezed into a space it was never meant to fit, neighboring construction crews paused their work to help unload, and volunteers pushed through eight straight hours of lifting heavy, beautiful trees.
What could have felt exhausting became something else entirely, a celebration. A moment that captured what a community looks like when people show up with heart, humor, and determination.
More Than Christmas Trees: Why This Partnership Matters
This wasn’t just a donation, it was a collaboration rooted in compassion.
Through our nonprofit partnership with 24LA, families impacted by loss were met with dignity and care. For volunteers and organizers, the experience reaffirmed why this work matters: even in the hardest seasons, there is room for generosity, gratitude, and joy.
