How do you measure the height and width of each tree?

The height includes the stand and is measured from the floor to the tallest tip of the assembled tree. The width is measured from one end to the other at the widest point of the fully assembled tree (diameter).

What's the distance of the bottom branch from the floor?

The bottom branches will sit approximately 9"–14" off the floor, depending on the tree's size and how it’s shaped.

Can your trees hang heavy ornaments?

Yes, all our tree branches are reinforced with steel and are outfitted to hold heavy ornaments.

Are King of Christmas trees flame-retardant?

Yes, King of Christmas treats all of its trees with top-grade flame retardants.

What type of lights do you use?

All lights on King of Christmas products are:

  • Low Voltage
  • Micro LED - energy-efficient with a lifespan of up to 25,000 hours
  • Non-replaceable - if one bulb burns out, the rest remain illuminated
  • Warm White

What material is the flocking on your trees made of?

Our flocking is made up of a cotton-based material.

What is the difference between the King, Queen, and Prince flock trees?

The King and Queen trees belong to our Realistic Collection, crafted with a premium blend of PE and PVC for a lifelike appearance. The Prince tree is part of our Classic Collection and is made from 100% PVC.

The Queen tree features a wider diameter and multi-headed tips, while the King tree has single-headed tips.

The Prince tree also features single-headed tips.

Can your trees be used outdoors?

Our trees are not meant to be used outdoors.

What is a Power Pole?

A Power Pole allows your tree to light up automatically — the wiring is built into the center pole, so no manual wire connections are needed.

What is an Open Box / Final Sale item?

An "Open Box" product is one that was previously returned, most often because the previous purchaser wanted to exchange it for a different size to better suit their space.

Although these items have been returned, they undergo a quality control process to ensure all parts are included and fully functional.

'Final Sale' refers to a brand-new, never-before-sold product offered at a significantly discounted price.

As both 'Open Box' and 'Final Sale' products are offered at a significantly discounted price, they are not eligible for a return or exchange and only include a 90-day limited warranty.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

King of Christmas is happy to offer returns/exchanges on eligible products (exclusions may apply*) within 30 days (and prior to Dec. 20th) of the order being delivered.

Returns/exchanges can't be made after December 20th of that year (even if the order was delivered less than 30 days prior)

Although King of Christmas offers free shipping for outbound products (exclusions may apply), there is a shipping and handling fee for returns.

Please note that larger trees/multiple box items will have higher shipping and handling fees.

Unauthorized Returns:

King of Christmas may reject and/or assess new fees for any non-approved / non-qualified returns or exchanges.

Any unauthorized returns (e.g. outside authorized time frame, used, damaged or contain non-recognizable items/materials) may result in a partial or zero refund.

Shipping and handling fees are deducted from the customers’ refund.

All refunds are applied to the original payment method used at checkout. Once the return is received back at our facilities, the funds should appear in your account within 7-14 business days (however it may take up to 30 business days, depending on your bank).

Important Exchange Information:

To process your exchange, a hold will be placed on your credit card for the full value of the exchanged item. If the original item isn't submitted to the shipping provider within 14 days, the hold will be converted into a charge for the full cost of the exchanged item.

For exchanges, if the new order is of lesser value than the original one, a return fee will incur in the amount of half the original shipping fee. For exchanges of equal or greater value, there is no shipping fee.

Store Credit:

Should the customer choose to receive store credit in place of a refund, the shipping and handling fee will be waived.

Returns for Defective Items:

For returns initiated due to a reported defect, the customer must complete our Troubleshooting / Warranty claim. If deemed defective, the return shipping and handling fee may be waived. Skipping this process will result in return shipping and handling fees being applied.

*Exceptions/Exclusions:

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any returns/exchanges that are not in their original KOC packaging.
  • “OPEN BOX” and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange.
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges for trees 15 ft and above.
Is there a return fee?

How long do refunds take after I return an item?

After you return an item, a refund will be issued once the return is received and processed at our facilities. Once the return is processed, the refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your end.

What is your Warranty Policy?

King of Christmas offers a limited warranty on our products

Artificial Christmas Trees (see below for policies covering Clearance, OPEN BOX / Final Sale items, Wreaths, Garlands, and Accessories): 

Our trees include a 2-year limited warranty from the purchase date, covering select structural (branches, hinges, stands) and lighting issues. Excluded from the warranty are loose tips, flocking, minor shedding, and isolated burned-out bulbs. 

Clearance, OPEN BOX / Final Sale items, Wreaths, Garlands, and Accessories: These product categories include a 90-day limited warranty. All details of the 2-year limited warranty are applicable, the only difference being the length of coverage.

Before Submitting a Claim:

Often, a product issue can be resolved using our handy troubleshooting steps. To begin the troubleshooting process, click here. After entering your order number, select the relevant order, then select "Product Troubleshooting & Claims". In the event that troubleshooting is unsuccessful, you may submit a warranty claim.

Please do not administer any independent repairs outside of the instructions directly provided by KOC, as this may cause damage to your item, thereby voiding the warranty.

Claims Process:

To submit a claim, click here. After entering your order number, select the relevant order, then select "Product Troubleshooting & Claims". When submitting a claim, be sure to include photos and/or videos to assist us in most efficiently and accurately diagnosing the issue. Once your claim has been reviewed, a KOC representative will contact you. The resolution may include additional troubleshooting steps, a part, section, full item replacement, or a resolution of comparable benefit (as determined by a KOC representative). This process may entail multiple correspondences.

Shipping

What is your Shipping Policy?

King of Christmas offers free shipping within the contiguous United States.

Specialty items and larger artificial trees (such as commercial trees which are 15’ or taller) may incur additional shipping fees.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/PO boxes.

Please ensure that a valid mailing address is supplied when creating your order. We are unable to claim responsibility for the delivery of any orders to which an APO/PO box was entered at checkout.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 business hours of being placed - unless stated otherwise on the product page. We do not offer a form of express/expedited shipping.

  • Larger items and multiple-item orders may ship/arrive on different dates, in multiple boxes, and with separate tracking numbers.
  • Oversized items, such as Commercial Christmas trees, may ship via freight carrier. It may be necessary for the customer to work with a KOC representative and the carrier to schedule a delivery time.

Delivery dates are estimates based on the information we receive from our shipping partners. The accuracy of said delivery dates are directly impacted by the shipping provider and any heavy volume which they may be experiencing in the holiday season. KOC is not responsible for delays that the shipping provider may experience. Delays more than 5 business days will be subject for review as a ‘lost item’. KOC may require specific documentation to initiate the ‘lost item’ claim process and offer a resolution.

Lost Item: If a tracking number shows the item as delivered, but you are unable to locate it, please make sure to check all entrances to your home as well as with neighbors. If still unable to locate the package/s, customers have 5 business days (from the date that the carrier marked the order as delivered) to report and initiate a lost package claim. KOC may require specific documentation to initiate this process and offer a resolution. After 5 business days, KOC is not responsible for any lost item claims.

Damaged Package: In the event that a package is delivered with significant damage, customers have 5 business days (from the date that the carrier marked the order as delivered) to report and initiate a damaged package claim. Specific documentation (e.g., photos) will be required to initiate the claim process and offer a resolution as deemed appropriate by a KOC representative. Please note that a representative may request that you proceed with opening the package and inspecting the contents for damage. After 5 business days, KOC is not responsible for any damaged package claims.

Note: The shipping box is not required for storing your tree. Every King of Christmas tree comes with a complimentary storage bag!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all of our products.

When will my order ship?

Do you offer express/expedited shipping?

King of Christmas does not offer any express or expedited shipping options at this time.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently only offer shipping within the contiguous U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer shipping to PO, APO, FPO, or DPO boxes.

Will I be charged if I refuse delivery of my order?

Yes. Refused deliveries are subject to a $75 per-box fee.

Can I cancel or modify my order, or change the shipping address?

We are unable to guarantee cancellation or modification requests. If your order has already been processed and prepared for shipment, it may no longer be eligible for adjustment. In such cases, the order will be shipped and delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to receive the order, at which point you may choose to initiate a return.

Coupon Codes: Only one coupon code may be used per transaction.

Price Match: King of Christmas does not offer price matching.

Do you offer financing or installment options?

We accept financing options on our website, including Affirm, After Pay, and Shop Pay.

In order to create an order utilizing a payment plan, customers must first go through an application and approval process via the third-party provider directly. Once approved, customers may then select the finance option as their payment method at checkout.

King of Christmas is not responsible for the application, approval, or installment processes and agreements. Approval of applications, as well as terms and conditions are based solely on the third-party payment plan provider.

Can King of Christmas items be found at any in-store locations?

At this time, our products are only available for purchase on the King of Christmas website and select online marketplaces.

Do you offer Tax Exemption?

Tree Storage & Assembly

How do I assemble and shape my tree?

You can find detailed instructions in the manual that came with your tree, as well as our instructional videos!

How do I disassemble my tree?

When disassembling the tree, use special care when removing the sections. Please make sure that all lights have been disconnected. When removing the sections, we suggest having two people involved, one on either side of the tree. Once disassembled, shape the branches upwards (similar to how they looked upon arrival) and then place it into the appropriate storage.

How do I store my tree?

Your King of Christmas tree should be stored in the provided storage bag. Please store in a cool, dry area.
