We are very pleased with the quality of the product. We did have one issue. The tree was not attached well inside the box. The box was dropped at some point on the end. The tree slid about 18” and pretty severely bent the branches as a result. We were of course able to straighten everything out but it was a bit of a challenge in addition to the normal spreading requirements.

The King of Christmas tree is nice. However, one branch broke off a section while fluffing. For a tree this expensive, I'd expect pristine quality.
