Warranty Policy

King of Christmas offers a limited warranty on our products.

Artificial Christmas Trees (see below for policies covering Clearance, OPEN BOX / Final Sale items, Wreaths, Garlands and Accessories): 

Our trees include a 3-year limited warranty from the purchase date, covering select structural (branches, hinges, stands) and lighting issues. Excluded from the warranty are loose tips, flocking, minor shedding and isolated burned-out bulbs.

Before Submitting a Claim:

Often, a product issue can be resolved using our handy troubleshooting steps. To begin the troubleshooting process, click here. After entering your order number, select the relevant order, then select "Product Troubleshooting & Claims". In the event that troubleshooting is unsuccessful, you may submit a warranty claim.

Please do not administer any independent repairs outside of the instructions directly provided by KOC, as this may cause damage to your item, thereby voiding the warranty.

Claims Process:

To submit a claim, click here. After entering your order number, select the relevant order, then select "Product Troubleshooting & Claims". When submitting a claim, be sure to include photos and/or videos to assist us in most efficiently and accurately diagnosing the issue. Once your claim has been reviewed, a KOC representative will contact you. The resolution may include additional troubleshooting steps, a part, section, full item replacement, or a resolution of comparable benefit (as determined by a KOC representative). This process may entail multiple correspondences.

Clearance, OPEN BOX / Final Sale items, Wreaths, Garlands and Accessories: These product categories include a 90-day limited warranty. All details of the 3-year limited warranty are applicable, the only difference being the length of coverage.

Extended Warranty: Customers can purchase an extended warranty option on eligible products. The warranty can be extended by either 2 or 3 years. You can purchase the extended warranty within 30 days of your original purchase date. Cost is calculated based on the total purchase price. Extended warranty is only available for items purchased on the King of Christmas website (www.kingofchristmas.com). Clearance, OPEN BOX / Final Sale items, Wreaths, Garlands and Accessories are not eligible for the extended warranty.

Terms and Conditions:

King of Christmas is within their rights to determine if damage to an item is eligible for coverage under the warranty.
General wear and tear or any damage caused by misuse, negligence, etc., is not covered under said warranty.
Please bear in mind that King of Christmas may no longer stock a particular product or model. 
You may have the option to wait for the item to be restocked, or a replacement of equal/comparable value will be issued. 
King of Christmas is the party responsible for determining what is deemed equal/comparable value.
The start and end times of the warranty term remain determined by the original purchase date. 
Only the original purchaser is covered under the King of Christmas limited warranty. Warranty coverage is not transferable.
Additionally, the limited warranty does not apply to any King of Christmas item purchased from an unauthorized seller.
Warranty claims can only be processed for items used in the contiguous United States.

All King of Christmas policies and warranties are subject to change. King of Christmas reserves the right to modify its policies at any time without notice.
